Dr. Jannes Koetsier has conducted research into vaccination for many years. More recently, he has prepared second opinion reports for more than thirty parents accused of shaking their babies. In approximately 25% of these cases, he discovered that childhood vaccination was the most likely cause of the so-called ‘shaken-baby’ injuries sustained by the babies. There are of course other causes, again not properly researched by paediatricians, which can trigger such injuries: birth trauma, viral infection, rare hereditary disease, thrombocytopaenia, liver disease, parat-hormone-problems, tubulary-acidosis. The work Dr. Koetsier did for these parents resulted in their creation of a website where everything he has published on this topic.
In 2016, he also completed a documentary on the shaken-baby hypothesis. The film has English subtitles and has been screened in both Belgium and the Netherlands to different medical and legal professionals as well as to parents. The plan, with assistance from Dr. Janna Koppe, emeritus Professor of Neonatology, is to show the documentary to paediatricians in Dutch teaching hospitals, with a view to preparing them for shaken-baby cases to be published.
The EFVV (European Forum for Vaccine Vigilance) is an alliance of member-organisations and individual members from 25 European countries. Our member-organisations consist of consumer groups and pro-choice groups whose members in turn include medical professionals and scientists. Their combined memberships exceed 100,000. We call on all Europeans to stand together in a demand for a united vaccination policy based on freedom of choice and informed consent. We believe that mandatory vaccination is not only a serious risk but a violation of human rights and dignity. We therefore demand transparency and caution as well as recognition and concern for the many vaccine-injured in Europe and beyond.
