Judge files constitutional complaint in the matter of Corona
In December 2020, a German judge initially anonymously filed an extremely extensive constitutional complaint against numerous federal and state standards as well as inadmissible restrictions on basic rights issued in the “Corona Pandemic”. Now Dr. Pieter Schleiter, judge at the Berlin Regional Court, made public the complaint and at the same time founded the “Network of Critical Judges and Public Prosecutors”.
